Visionary 360 was great, start to finish, on our CoA alignment. Before reaching out to them, we weighed out the costs/benefits of doing this work in-house, and in the end, thought it wise to have the folks at V360 do the work of aligning ConnectWise and QuickBooks to a standard Service-Leadership (SLI) format.
